1. General Information

WonDecor is an online store specialized in selling home furniture within Egypt.

We are committed to providing high-quality products as shown in the images and descriptions. Please note that slight color differences may occur due to lighting or screen display settings.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include Value Added Tax (VAT).

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Cash on Delivery

  • Vodafone Cash

  • InstaPay

We reserve the right to modify prices or offers at any time without prior notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is available to Cairo, Giza, and Qalyubia.

Order preparation time: 2 to 5 business days.
Delivery time: approximately 3 to 10 business days, depending on the location.

Delivery time may vary based on product size and customer location.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is suitable for furniture size, including elevators, entrances, and staircases.

If delivery is not possible due to site conditions, additional fees may apply, or the order may be canceled after deducting shipping costs.

4. Assembly

Some products are delivered unassembled and require installation.

Assembly service is available in selected areas for an additional fee, which will be specified during the order process.

If installation is not included, this will be clearly stated in the product description.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Custom-made or specially sized furniture is non-returnable.

If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the customer bears the shipping costs.

In case of damage or manufacturing defects upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos, and we will take the necessary action.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All images, designs, and logos displayed on the website are the property of WonDecor and may not be used without prior written permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
