Return Conditions

Products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days from the delivery date.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

Custom-made products (such as special orders, custom sizes, or custom colors) cannot be returned or exchanged.

The customer bears the shipping cost if the return is not due to a store error (such as receiving a damaged item or an item different from the original order).
Return Process

Provide the reason for return and attach photos if required.

We will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm the return and arrange product pickup.
Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 1–2 days.

For Cash on Delivery payments, the refund will be issued via bank transfer or an alternative method, as agreed upon.
